This notice explains how the personal data you submit through the accommodation enquiry form on the Cave Global website is processed.

Information we process
When you use the accommodation enquiry form, we may process your name and surname, email address, telephone number if provided, selected accommodation and room or option, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, your message, and the language and channel of the enquiry.
Your enquiry is stored as a private record in the WordPress administration panel, accessible only to authorised persons, and may generate a notification to the company’s administration email address. Please do not include health information, identity or passport images, payment card details or other sensitive personal data in the message field.
Why and on what grounds we process information
We process this information to review and respond to your enquiry, check availability for your requested dates, contact you about available accommodation, prices and stay conditions, manage the enquiry and reservation process, take necessary steps if an accommodation relationship is established, meet legal obligations, and establish or protect legal rights.
The processing may rely on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, including the necessity to take steps to establish a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment or protection of a right, and the data controller’s legitimate interests, provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Who may receive information
Where necessary and limited to the relevant purpose, your information may be disclosed to authorised Cave Global personnel; website hosting, email and information technology service providers; and competent public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and deletion
Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry and any resulting reservation process, and for any period required under applicable law. When the reasons for processing no longer apply, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable rules.
About WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button opens a separate communication channel operated by a third party. If you choose to send a message through WhatsApp, the information you provide may also be processed under WhatsApp’s own infrastructure and privacy terms, including processing outside Türkiye. Please do not send identity or passport images, health information or other sensitive documents through WhatsApp unless a secure method has first been provided.
Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about the processing, request correction, deletion or destruction, and exercise the other rights provided by law. You may submit a written request to the business address above, including sufficient information to verify your identity and a clear description of your request. Requests are considered as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on their nature.
