This page explains Cave Global’s general enquiry and confirmation flow. It is not a contract, a price quotation, a booking confirmation or a complete set of stay terms.
Enquiry
A message sent through the website form or WhatsApp starts an accommodation enquiry only. After it is received, availability, accommodation type, current price and the conditions applicable to the requested dates are checked.
Written offer and approval
If a suitable option is available, the scope of the offer and the next steps are shared in writing. If a booking deposit, payment deadline or cancellation information applies, it will be stated in that written offer before you decide and before you are asked to make a payment.
When a booking is confirmed
Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message does not create a booking by itself. A booking is confirmed only when Cave Global sends an explicit written confirmation. For current information, rely on the dated written offer you receive from Cave Global rather than older PDFs, social media posts or third-party pages.
